- Obtaining of the Decision issued by the local authorities upon transference of title to the new owner and registering their name with the Cadastre and other official documents;

- Obtaining of the decision on payment of real estate purchase tax;

- Obtaining of the “List nepokretnosti” (the certificate of title and the technical passport of the property).
