Purchase of Property in Montenegro
- preliminary selection in the "Real Estate of Montenegro" database on page "Properties":

There are no limitations for foreigners regarding purchase of new and used residential real estate. Foreign ivestors willing to purchase land in Montenegro for further development, re-selling or other transactions register the title to the purchased land with their company registered in Montenegro.
